Agreement to these terms

By accessing haxworld.net you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may revise these terms from time to time; the revision date above reflects the most recent substantive change, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.

Scope

This page covers the website itself — its content, and enquiries made through it. It does not by itself create a client relationship or commit either party to a project. Paid work is carried out under a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, intellectual property, confidentiality and liability. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement governs.

Use of this website

You agree not to:

• Use the site in breach of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure or any connected system.
• Interfere with the site's operation, including by introducing malicious code or placing unreasonable load on it.

The content, design, code and branding of this website belong to HaxWorld or our licensors, except where stated otherwise. Product names, logos and trademarks of other companies shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only; their presence does not imply endorsement or affiliation unless stated.

Project and client material

Work shown on this site is presented for illustration. Screenshots and descriptions reflect the state of a product at the time of capture and may not match its current version. Client names and marks appear where we have the right to display them; ownership of client-specific deliverables is determined by the relevant engagement agreement.

Enquiries and communications

Submitting an enquiry does not oblige us to accept the work, and does not oblige you to proceed. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the enquiry form before a confidentiality arrangement is in place.

Third-party sites and services

This site links to external products, client websites and third-party app store listings. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

No warranty on site content
